Role Creation in Sap

*Role is used to assign the Transaction codes to the users.
*There are two types of roles
       1.single role.
       2.composite role
 Now we can see single role creation

T-code for role creation is PFCG
Steps:

1.Goto PFCG T-code

2.Enter the role name you want to create.

3.Click the create role button.
4.Give Short Description and long Description about the role.

5.Goto Menu.

6.click Transaction.

 7.Add the t-codes and click assign transactions.
8.Goto Authorization tab.

9.Click change Authorization data.

10.change all yellow signal to green.
11. click Generate button.(red and round button).

12.click generate button in popup.

13.profile will create and then click ok.
14.come back and goto user tab.

15.enter the user ID and click user comparison
16.click save.
Single role has been created
